MOTHER DAUGHTER WEEKEND SUMMIT

I’ve had the great pleasure of knowing and working with Traci Peterson over the last 5 years.  I’ve been able to be personally mentored and trained by her in business and personal development and would love to share a few insights that I felt were worth sharing. First and foremost, Traci leads by example in all that she does.  She does not require anything from others that she is not willing to do herself.  Always leading from the front, she is process driven and strives for excellence in all she does. Because she is innately driven to help others develop, she has helped me personally to recognize my own strengths and offer encouragement and sound advice where it was needed.  While Traci has been a natural leader since I’ve known her, she also helps her colleagues to develop their own leadership skills and challenges them to stretch themselves so that they can grow on a personal development level, spiritually, physically, and financially. One of her gifts is recognizing potential in others and will take the time to recognize them on an individual basis.  She is not “too big” to do the little things and I really respect that about her.  She is open to suggestions and is an excellent listener when I’ve needed help working with my own team. Lastly, while Traci has been extremely successful in her career, she makes time for connection and relationship building.  I have always felt valued by her–and I appreciate her dedication to uplift those around her.  She is driven to contribute to her community as well and I’ve had the privilege to work alongside her in several service projects over the past few years. I feel blessed to know such a heart-centered and devoted wife, mom, and mentor to so many and feel so grateful for her coaching and mentorship on a personal level.

I have worked with Traci for the past 6 years! The best way I can express that time in 1 word would be “enlightening”. Traci has a way of helping others (including myself) discover their divine gifts and then…LIVE out their truest potential. She’s gifted at teaching and showing others how to improve their relationships with themselves (inner confidence and self worth) and especially the most important…with God. One of my most prized friendships is with Traci because she has become much more than a friend…someone who reminds me of what is most important in life…and that is invaluable!

I have known Traci for over a decade and have been blessed to work alongside her for 7 years. The community we’ve built spans the globe and still focuses on the individual. Traci is a motivator. She has built me up, and given me clear steps to prioritize my life and take focused massive action. Through her mentorship, Traci instilled in me a sense of inner confidence that helped me skyrocket my business, elevate my personal life and reach for my divine potential. Not only has she impacted my life, but through her gift of inspiring, she has impacted thousands in our community.
