and True Confidence to influence the lives of your children
and impact the world for GOOD.
But the vast majority of women are struggling with self-criticism, comparison and perfectionism.
For many of us, we’re battling our own thoughts and the unattainable expectations of society and ourselves
Every. Single. Day.
No one is harder on you than you.
Mom guilt kicks in before breakfast, whispering that you’re either working too much or not enough.
The amount of open items inside of your brain is comical! The execution of them is impressive, but still it never feels like it's enough.
You live in your head most of the day trying to read people’s thoughts,
"what will they say if I wear this, post this, say this or do that."
Your talented, smart and the ultimate goal is to be the best, to be an example, to be inspiring. But your thoughts are harsh, unkind and bullying.
You’re spinning your wheels and running around doing all the things you “should” be doing, but you feel depleted, exhausted, unfilfilled.
You are accomplished but still feel empty.
You replay yesterday’s mistakes—losing your temper at your kids while you were on your phone, forgetting it was crazy hair day at school, eating good all day and blowing it late at night.
You’re ashamed by the self-critical thoughts that are on replay all day and now and you’re worried your daughter will start to talk about herself in the same way.
Will she repeat your same pattern of insecurities?
Learn to Love Yourself, Lean on God as you Confidently raise the next generation of leaders
Traci has spent 20 years mentoring and treating high-performing women as patients, clients and entrepreneurs discovering consistent predictable strategies that can be used to have true confidence, self-compassion and fulfillment.
Going from chronic high-achiever, division-1 scholarship athlete, board-certified nurse practitioner, #1 top team business builder in 50 countries, silently, she used to struggle with constant self-criticism and cared soooo much about what people thought of her. She used to let others comments fuel her insecurities and perfectionism. Her negative self-talk fueled her obsession with looking perfect in her body, her work and her family.
It took her decades to finally figure out that her “critical-eye” and self-discipline that she coined as her “super power” and “secret motivation weapon” that allowed her perform at such a high level–was actually just self-bullying. One pivotal morning, the barrage of critical thoughts about her body stopped her in her tracks and she knew that she never wanted her daughter to talk to herself that way. And the only way to ensure that, was for her to work on herself.
Outwardly she had achieved so much, at the cost of her inner relationship with herself. She didn't want history to repeat itself with her children and knew she had to stop it.
From there, Traci developed a proprietary 7 lesson system that can help you as a high-performing woman overcome self-criticism so that you can develop true confidence. It’s called Woman Lessons
At its core, the Woman Lessons Framework helps you do three things:
Root yourself and your daughter in unshakable identity. (Remember Who You Are and Whose You Are, Get Grounded in Gratitude)
Embrace and use your God-given gifts with confidence. (Own Your Divine Gifts, Be Self-MORE, not Self-LESS, Remember You Are More Than Your Body)
Build a strong foundation for lifelong connection and impact. (Build Your Community, Live in Your Divine Potential)
Through these seven lessons, you’ll gain the tools to lead with purpose, empower your self-worth, and create a legacy of faith-filled confidence—starting now.
This process is so straightforward that just about any high-performing woman can follow it and gain a true love for herself, build trust with God and confidently raise the next generation of leaders right away.
After having worked with thousands of women in just the past 7 years we are seeing people go from self-critical to self-assured, perfectionist to self-accepting, Scattered to Aligned and Overwhelmed to peaceful.

"I have worked with Traci for the past 6 years! The best way I can express that time in 1 word would be “enlightening”. Traci has a way of helping others discover their divine gifts and then…LIVE out their truest potential. She’s gifted at teaching and showing others how to improve their relationships with themselves through inner confidence and self worth. And improve their relationship with God."

"Traci leads by example in all that she does. She does not require anything from others that she is not willing to do herself. Always leading from the front, she is process driven and strives for excellence in all she does. One of her gifts is recognizing potential in others and will take the time to recognize them on an individual basis. She is not "too big" to do the little things and I really respect that about her. I have always felt valued by her--and I appreciate her dedication to uplift those around her. I feel blessed to know such a heart-centered and devoted wife, mom, and mentor to so many and feel so grateful for her coaching and mentorship on a personal level."

"Tess, who’s 11, and I had the opportunity to attend Traci’s Woman Lesson Live Event and were absolutely blown away at the impact it had in our hearts. You know it was a winner when my daughter got in the car and told me how much she loved
it and that she wants to go back to get all 7 steps covered. The activities and the lessons were heart-felt and meaningful and you can really feel Traci’s passion in her work and everyone leaves an improved version of themselves with a deeper relationship with their daughter!"

A Message from Traci
7 years ago when I first started pursuing the goal of learning self-compassion and truly loving and embracing who God uniquely created me to be, outside of anyone’s opinions of me, my accomplishments or successes. I was so excited. I’m sort of obsessed with personal mastery and becoming the best!!
But for so many years, I tried to be the best [through self-loathing, self-criticism and self-bullying]. And in the last [3 years] since my 9 year old daughter Quinn first asked me, “can we do woman lesson?”
I started piecing together what it means be a self-assured, truly confident woman who looks to God and herself for her validation and not the “popular” opinions of the world. “I started (“working on woman lessons, I have now seen [thousands] of high-performing, entrepreneurial moms struggle with the exact same thing I did.
This is a plague of our day, women not seeing their value, thinking their value lies in the external vs. the internal and eternal. As women our mindsets and our focus is under attack.
I remember waking up one morning and having achieved all of this “success” in many areas of my life (my physique, education, business success, good kids, the house, the career, amazing husband) from the outside, it looked like I had it all together, but I remember waking up in the morning and the first thing I did was touch my stomach and thought, “you disgusting, slob, you did it again, disciplined during the week and threw it all away on the weekend.
I’m not eating anything today, I’ll have to do extra cardio today to make up for it. If I’ve gained any weight. I am not eating any carbs today!” I remember catching myself and thinking I would never talk to Quinn the way I am talking to myself right now! In that moment I knew that my daughter would be doomed to repeat the patterns of my past, if I didn’t face them head on.
As mothers, I think we inadvertently project our insecurities onto our daughters. I chronically dieted for 20 years, struggled with my body image and was so critical of myself and others. I knew that if I didn’t master my insecurities my daughters would likely have them to. I was not going to let that happen. I needed to become my best self for me, but also for her. I needed daily practices, methods, mindsets and community around me to support me stopping the self criticism and silence the comparison.
I could continue to achieve–which was me just trying to avoid the real problem and stay stuck or I could face the real problem which was my relationship with myself.
After 20 years, I’ve learned that the part of you that you’re avoiding is the part, if mastered, will set you free.
If society is ever going to change in how women see and treat other women, it starts internally, and it starts with me. And it starts with you. Satan wants to keep women pitted against each other and in competition with each other. If he keeps women separate he wins. When we are united in our personal quest to achieve our divine potential God wins. We all win! I believe with my whole soul that when a group of women come together in a spirit of self-love, self-acceptance, collaboration and championing one another, there is a collective unstoppable power that’s created. God’s purposes can be accomplished. It’s my dream to create a movement where more women believe in themselves and partner with God to go after their dreams. Because in doing that, she gives permission for her children to do the same.
You can feel whole in all of your roles you have as a woman.
Accomplished and complete fulfillment.
That’s why I am so impassioned by this movement. We transform the next generation by first transforming ourselves. That is mothering, that is our calling! WHAT IF WE COULD DO IT SIDE BY SIDE, SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH OUR CHILDREN?! That is what I am here to do, with you.
If any of that resonates with you or if you have any of those same feelings, or challenges, or struggles, or hopes, or dreams, I want to openly extend an invitation to you to connect with me by filling out this form.
Let me get a chance to come alongside you and share with you all that I’ve learned so that I can help you get to your fulfillment, peace and potential faster. You are the reason I am here. I am relentlessly dedicated to serving people just like you. I hope to hear from you soon!
