THE PODCAST
Women face a constant battle with comparison and self-criticism. 90% of women don’t love their bodies. 46% of woman have criticized themselves once before 9:30. I remember feeling so guilty paying a babysitter to watch my little 3 month only baby so I could do something for myself and go to the gym. I felt torn between my righteous desires to be a connected mother and to work outside of the home as a Christian woman. I didn’t think I could have both. Feeling whole in all my roles as a woman felt huge and daunting and no matter what I did I didn’t feel like I measured up or was ever enough. This inner self-critic was loud and constant and pushed me to be the BEST at most of what I did. I honestly thought it was my super power, only to later realize that it was really just self bullying. This is not ok, this is not something I want to model for my daughter nor have any other woman struggle with-this takes away our power.
Woman Lessons is designed to leave you feeling empowered and we will explore ways that together as women, we can learn to look inward and upward for our validation- because that is where true confidence is found.
Traci is a mother of 3 young children, a nurse practitioner, international speaker, entrepreneur and international network marketer.
