Traci has served over 30,000 high performing moms and entrepreneurs through speaking, mentorship or leadership. Prides herself in leading by example in all she does.

As a high achieving woman of faith, former division 1 collegiate athlete and aesthetics professional she knows how some of the most outwardly confident women are some of the most self-critical. Feeling like no matter all that you’re doing, you’re not enough. The constant playlist of comparison and looking outwardly to others for approval and validation. This makes her keenly qualified to help high performing women overcome self-criticism and comparison and help them gain self-acceptance and true confidence to achieve true alignment and self-compassion.

Traci is a board certified family nurse practitioner and owns 2 wellness businesses, one is called Elevate Wellness and Aesthetics. She’s treated over 6,000 people in her career and still practices today. Her international mental wellness business is in 16 countries and she mentors thousands of entrepreneurs.

Traci knows women, when they sit in her chair or she listens to them over zoom, she hears about their insecurities in their roles as a mother, wife and as a woman. The high sometimes unrealistic expectations, the people pleasing and self-sacrifice. This is sacred space and once she honors and takes it very seriously. Traci helps women see who they really are, their true identity, not the way the world sees them, but the way God sees them. Traci will help you feel more aligned and more at peace with your divine potential and feel empowered to live in it everyday.
